The designs you purchase from Sew Many Designs are delivered via email attachment or instant download from the internet, therefore no refunds will be allowed. You may choose to receive your designs delivered to you on CD via U.S Postal delivery. On rare occasions, a disc may be damaged. Damaged discs may be exchanged for identical merchandise only.
